Based on recent data, the number of individuals reaching 100 in the UK has grown by 100% from 8,300 in 2004 to 16,600 in 2024.
Between 2004 and 2024, the number of men aged 100 or over has increased threefold from 910 to 3,100. During the same years, the amount of female individuals reaching 100 almost doubled from 7,400 to 13,600.
